Katie's story with RCLLC begins at a pivotal moment, March 2023 at the San Antonio Rodeo. After a Nelly concert at what was then the AT&T Center, Katie and her friends found themselves stranded.

"My friends and I were in such a pickle trying to get out of the AT&T Center after a Nelly concert," Katie recalls. "We called multiple transportation services and no one would even attempt getting into the parking lot. It was crazy and we were pretty much stranded."

That's when fate intervened. "Then Duane appears and he had this nice big car that would fit us all and all the pieces just fell into place."

What happened next changed everything. During that journey home, Katie and Duane connected on a deeper level. "We learned all about him and his family, his grandkids, his wife, how long he's been driving. We had the most fun on our drive home."

At the end of that night, Katie asked the question that would launch RCLLC Transportation: "Is it possible that I could contact you again for transportation in the future?"

The Vision Becomes Reality

Katie had always hoped for something the transportation industry wasn't providing. "I had always hoped that transportation companies would start doing a program where you could request the same driver every time and kind of build a trust and relationship with certain drivers that you liked, and they never did. This just seemed perfect."

That vision became reality when Katie booked seven trips with Duane during Fiesta 2023. "Every single one was perfect, always on time, very punctual, very nice, very professional. The car is always perfect and clean. I was like, this is it, this is my guy."

He knows to always show up a little bit early because my husband is always ready early and bugging me to get out of the house, so I just send my husband out to chat with Duane for a few minutes while I finish up."

"It's just great to know that you've got the same person every time, ease of booking, you have a rapport with this person, have a relationship. You know they're going to be there when you need them, and it just makes the biggest difference."
