Service way more than expected! Our goal was to have someone take us to and from a music event since parking was at least 3 blocks away, we would be getting out late, and it was in an area of town we aren’t familiar with. I am so glad we booked with RCLLC. I thought we just needed a “ride.” We had the entertainment van which made the night so much better in ways I couldn’t have imagined. We watched music videos on the two tv screens instead of worrying about traffic. We avoided the stress of traffic, construction, navigating a new area of town, finding parking, and then walking in the heat to the venue. We were so relaxed when we were seated at our destination and ready to enjoy the night.

By the time we left the event, we were so tired. If I had been driving, I probably wouldn’t have enjoyed the last bit of the show, dreading driving home after. It was nice to be picked up right in front of the venue. And better yet, there is so much room in the van to stretch out. We had planned to try out the karaoke on the way home but were just too tired and instead enjoyed more videos, again ignoring traffic and everything else going on in the outside world around us.

Duane is an awesome and very safe driver. He also anticipates the needs of his clients. He arrives early to make sure you are not waiting for him and is very patient if you are still getting ready. The vehicle is very clean and comfortable. Of course, my daughter realized right away she didn’t bring a charging cable for her phone, but Duane had one he quickly hands to her. There are USB plugs next to every cupholder. There are so many possibilities for being spoiled by Duane and his concierge service. We have a trip planned for next year with a long flight out of a different city. We will definitely use Duane and RCLLC for transportation then as well!
